I am the President and Houston-based founder of Ellina Management & Investments LLC, where I lead private equity initiatives and financial management services for enterprise partners. My work focuses on providing structured investment strategies and accounting solutions that help businesses optimize their financial performance and scale effectively. By combining hands-on private equity management with a robust accounting and bookkeeping infrastructure, I provide enterprise clients with the clarity and capital needed to navigate complex market conditions.
My path to fintech and private equity is built on a decade of experience owning and operating diverse businesses across the retail, restaurant, and sports sectors. Since 2008, I have managed full P&L responsibilities for a range of companies, including a successful online retail operation and a youth sports franchise in Dallas which I successfully exited in 2018. This history as a self-taught entrepreneur allows me to look at investment and financial management through the lens of an operator, ensuring that our fintech solutions are rooted in practical business realities. I hold a degree from Rutgers University and have completed advanced executive education in scaling businesses and financial accounting at The Wharton School.
